Once you’ve created an account you will be able to use the features your GP practice has made available, which may include:
- Search for medical advice online from NHS 111 Wales
- Organ and blood donation services
- View prescription orders
- GP health records
- Discover other health and care services

Your personal details are protected using the highest standards of internet security to prevent them from being intercepted. It is your responsibility to keep your login details safe. Only you and your GP surgery are able to see this information. if you have any further enquiries please ask at reception.
